I started recruiting in 2010, and I never left the recruiting industry. It has evolved recently with AI, and I have been able to be consistent with my approach and learn different tools throughout my career to adapt to change. I held many positions, from Recruiting Coordinator, Junior Recruiter, Senior Recruiter, Lead Recruiter, Recruiter Manager, and Corporate Recruiter. I am someone who thinks outside the box and is willing to take a different approach.
